Since each jewelry item is crafted and packaged with care, we only accept returns or exchanges in the following cases:
You received a damaged or defective product
You received the wrong item
To be eligible for a return or exchange:
You must contact us within 48 hours of delivery
The product must be unused, in original packaging, with tags intact
Proof of purchase and unboxing video may be required for verification
We will arrange for pickup or guide you through the return process.
Refunds (if applicable) will be processed within 7–10 working days after receiving the returned item.
Please note:
We do not accept returns for reasons such as dislike of design, size issues, or color variation due to lighting differences.
